I think it was a good Idea for Bush to veto the bill strickly because it was not completed yet. I think this is a very good idea to provide health insurence to the children, but it is still unclear where the money is coming from. I am not infavor of raising general taxes to provide this money; however, I do believe that they should adopt some sort of sin tax. This tax should on all tabacco and alcohol products. There should be larger taxes on different levels of tabacco and alcohol. For example, I believe that the tax on liquor should be higher than the tax on beer and wine. The tax on stronger tabacco should be higher than regular cigarettes or dip. If the House of Represenatives can complete this bill and make it specific where the money will come from it would be a good idea.
