The meditation group is a group founded on the principles of mindfulness meditation. In observing ourselves, our environments, and the connection between them, we try to live fully each moment, accepting, embracing, and growing in life with authenticity and compassion.
People of all religious and spiritual traditions are welcome.
Meetings Mondays 4-4:30pm at Spring Hill College (resuming on Sept 8, 2008)
