The meditation group is a group founded on the principles of mindfulness meditation. In observing ourselves, our environments, and the connection between them, we try to live fully each moment, accepting, embracing, and growing in life with authenticity and compassion.
People of all religious and spiritual traditions are welcome.
Meetings Mondays 4-4:30pm at Spring Hill College
Meet on the green between the chapel and the administration building (AB). In case of bad weather, meet in Heather Salazar’s new office (AB 306).

Updates: The Meditation Group will now be hosting bi-monthly meditation discussions to share our ideas, experiences, and insights and to encourage one another on the path of mindfulness. Meetings every first and third Friday from 12-1:30pm in the Spring Hill Cafeteria.
