Quizzes:  (25%) there will be several brief, unannounced quizzes (10 points apiece) on recently covered material.

Laboratory Examinations: (75%).  Three, one hour, non-comprehensive examinations (50 points apiece) will be given, one at midterm and one during the final exam period.

Grading Policy: In the Biology Discipline, a course that includes both Laboratory and Lecture is considered as a single course.  Since the subject matter of the lecture and the laboratory are mutually supportive and integrated, the same grade is given in both the lecture and the laboratory final grade report.  Lab will contribute 25% to your final grade.
